About Us
The MBTI® Certification Program is a joint effort of The Myers-Briggs Company and Myers & Briggs Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to continuing the pioneering work of Katharine Cook Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers in the field of psychological type.
The Myers-Briggs Company and Myers & Briggs Foundation share a commitment to ensuring the best experience for everyone who encounters the Myers-Briggs® system. We whole-heartedly believe that knowledgeable, well-trained professionals are key to the MBTI experience. In our Certification Program, attendees learn everything they need to deliver the "aha!" moment that the MBTI framework consistently inspires.
Successful completion of the MBTI Certification Program is a pre-requisite for the administration and use of the MBTI assessment.
Outside of the United States, The Myers-Briggs Company network of international distributors provides certification training on the MBTI assessment. To find a program in your region, visit The Myers-Briggs Company Global Sales page.
